Shipping policy

1. All Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the order was damaged, then you will be refunded for the shipping cost).
2. Return shipping must be paid by the customer for undamaged jewelry.
3. MariClivi Creations inspects all merchandise for defects, damage and discoloration prior to shipment so it is the customer's responsibility to contact us immediately about imperfections.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped and we get to your email in time, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment. However, there are no guarantees once order is placed.

REFUSED ORDERS/RETURN ORDERS:

For orders that are refused after the order has shipped, there is a $10 restocking fee.

 For order that are returned, due to the purchaser writing an incorrect address, there is a $10 restocking fee.
